• "Service" refers to the Chatweb website, chatbot platform, AI Agent features, and all related services operated by AIFusionLab Co., Ltd.
• "User" (or "you") refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a User to access the Service.
• "Content" refers to any text, documents, images, data, or other materials uploaded, submitted, or generated by Users through the Service.
• "Subscription" refers to a paid plan that grants access to premium features of the Service.

Welcome to Chatweb, a service provided by AIFusionLab Co., Ltd. By accessing or using our website, services, or chatbot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use Chatweb.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Chatweb.

• You must be at least 13 years old (in the United States, per COPPA) or at least 16 years old (in the EU/EEA, per GDPR), or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use Chatweb.
• If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services.
• By using Chatweb, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

• You may register for an account using your email or by signing in with your Google account.
• When you sign in using your Google account, you are also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. We only request access to basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) necessary to create and manage your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Chatweb in accordance with these Terms.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
• Certain features may be available only to paid subscribers. Billing and subscription terms are described in Section 8 below.

You must not use Chatweb for any of the following purposes:

• Illegal Activities: Violating any applicable national or international laws or regulations.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Infringing upon the copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of others.
• Harassment: Defaming, insulting, abusing, or threatening others or organizations.
• Harmful Content: Distributing spam, malware, viruses, or other harmful or malicious content.
• Privacy Violations: Violating the privacy rights of others, including unauthorized collection of personal data.
• Inappropriate Content: Engaging in or promoting acts against humanity, child abuse, exploitation, or terrorist activities.
• System Abuse: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupting the service, scraping data, or otherwise interfering with the operation of Chatweb.
• Circumvention: Using the service in ways that circumvent usage limits, pricing, or other restrictions.

• You retain ownership of the content you upload or create using Chatweb.
• By using Chatweb, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and ensure it does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
• We reserve the right to remove or disable any content that we determine violates these Terms, at our sole discretion.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Chatweb services at any time if we determine there has been a violation of our terms.
• We reserve the right to remove or disable any content you upload if we deem it in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• We reserve the right to terminate or permanently block your account if you violate the law or these Terms of Service.
• We reserve the right to request you to stop providing services on your website if there is a lawful request from a government authority.
• No Refunds on Termination for Violations: All fees paid are non-refundable in cases of account termination due to violations of these Terms.
• User-Initiated Termination: You may stop using Chatweb and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@chatweb.io. Upon a valid deletion request, your account and personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Paid Plans: Chatweb offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our systems.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund for new subscriptions if you are not satisfied with the service. Refunds will not be issued after 7 days or for partial billing periods. No refunds are issued for accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes affecting your active subscription.
• To cancel your subscription, visit your account settings or contact us at support@chatweb.io.

CHATWEB IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

• We do not guarantee that the website and services will operate continuously, without error, or be free of bugs or viruses.
• We do not guarantee that any content generated by our chatbot or AI features will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
• We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the service will meet your expectations.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIFusionLab Co., Ltd. and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use Chatweb.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

• Chatweb and all content on the website, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, source code, and software, are the property of AIFusionLab Co., Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written consent.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Chatweb's software or underlying systems.
• Any trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on Chatweb are the property of their respective owners.

• Chatweb may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Google, Stripe, AI providers).
• Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
• We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of third-party services.
• When using Google Sign-In, you authorize us to access only the Google account data described in our Privacy Policy. To revoke this access, visit your Google Account permissions page, or contact us at support@chatweb.io to request data deletion.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIFusionLab Co., Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use Chatweb.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
• Content you upload or submit through Chatweb.

• These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
• Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
• Material changes will be communicated to users via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 15 days before taking effect.
• Your continued use of Chatweb after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using Chatweb and request account deletion.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIFusionLab Co., Ltd. regarding the use of Chatweb.
